Javi Señas is an IFBB PRO bodybuilder, two-time Olympia Amateur Spain champion (2022 and 2023) and the creator of Método SNS. He has more than 17 years of training experience and over 12 years coaching people around the world to transform their physiques.
Background
Javi wasn't always the athlete you see today. He started overweight and insecure, and learned through experience that the difference between failing and succeeding is having a personalized system and consistency.
Since then he has competed at the highest amateur level, earned his IFBB pro card and coached men of all ages and levels.
